Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 3 years of experience in food and beverage, culinary, or a related professional field
- Or 2-year degree from accredited university in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major
- Minimum 1 year of experience for degree holders
- Ability to analyze information and evaluate results
- Knowledge of budgets, operating statements, and payroll progress reports
- Flexibility to perform hourly job functions
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Professional and courteous demeanor
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED with 3 years of experience in food and beverage or culinary
- Or 2-year degree in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field with 1 year of experience
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of budgets, operating statements, and payroll reports
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to perform hourly job functions when necessary
- Professionalism and courtesy at all times
Job Duties
- Assist with ordering food and beverage supplies, cleaning supplies, and uniforms
- Supervise daily food and beverage shift operations
- Ensure compliance with all food and beverage policies, standards, and procedures
- Support and supervise monthly self-inspection program
- Operate department equipment and report malfunctions
- Supervise staffing levels to meet guest service and operational needs
- Communicate with staff to ensure understanding of expectations
- Coordinate cleaning program across all food and beverage areas
- Identify trends and recommend improvements
- Follow property-specific recovery plans and remain approachable
- Provide exceptional guest service and resolve guest concerns
- Review guest satisfaction feedback and respond to customer service requests
