Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in food and beverage, culinary, or a related professional field
  • Or 2-year degree from accredited university in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major
  • Minimum 1 year of experience for degree holders
  • Ability to analyze information and evaluate results
  • Knowledge of budgets, operating statements, and payroll progress reports
  • Flexibility to perform hourly job functions
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Professional and courteous demeanor

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED with 3 years of experience in food and beverage or culinary
  • Or 2-year degree in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field with 1 year of experience
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
  • Knowledge of budgets, operating statements, and payroll reports
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to perform hourly job functions when necessary
  • Professionalism and courtesy at all times

Job Duties

  • Assist with ordering food and beverage supplies, cleaning supplies, and uniforms
  • Supervise daily food and beverage shift operations
  • Ensure compliance with all food and beverage policies, standards, and procedures
  • Support and supervise monthly self-inspection program
  • Operate department equipment and report malfunctions
  • Supervise staffing levels to meet guest service and operational needs
  • Communicate with staff to ensure understanding of expectations
  • Coordinate cleaning program across all food and beverage areas
  • Identify trends and recommend improvements
  • Follow property-specific recovery plans and remain approachable
  • Provide exceptional guest service and resolve guest concerns
  • Review guest satisfaction feedback and respond to customer service requests
