Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of 2 years experience in food and beverage supervisory or managerial role
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to work flexible hours including mornings, weekends, and holidays
  • customer service orientation
  • knowledge of federal, state, and local compliance standards
  • ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years as food and beverage supervisor or manager preferred
  • wine and beverage knowledge in an upscale environment preferred
  • strong organizational skills
  • ability to work with flexible work schedule
  • team player and dynamic leader
  • refined verbal and written communication skills
  • previous customer service experience preferred
  • open availability including mornings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Oversee food and beverage areas within the hotel
  • scheduling staff and forecasting demand
  • train, coach, and mentor colleagues
  • ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and operating procedures
  • resolve guest and customer complaints including responding to online feedback
  • coordinate special events at the hotel
  • collaborate with guest services team to ensure daily delivery of amenity programs
  • work with operations team to maintain highest standards and implement new initiatives to drive revenue and guest satisfaction
