Job Duties
- Assist in providing direction and leadership for the property's three full-service restaurants
- assist restaurant leadership in leading their teams and achieving operational and financial goals
- manage and coordinate planning, organizing, training and leadership for sales, costs, employee retention, member satisfaction, food and beverage and rooms quality, cleanliness and sanitation
- implement overall food and beverage strategy aligned with organizational policies and goals
- develop and recommend the annual budget, marketing plans, and objectives and manage within approved plans
- monitor and analyze cost center financial performance and contribution to club profitability
- implement and maintain F&B marketing and club programming initiatives
- hire, train, empower, coach, and counsel staff
- manage payroll, reports, forecasts, inventory and budget for the restaurant
- implement procedures to increase member and employee satisfaction
- understand and comply with all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, and training programs
- assume full responsibility for quality of services provided
- perform purchasing and inventory responsibilities daily/weekly
- fill in where needed to ensure guest service standards and efficient operations
- continually develop staff in managerial and professional areas
- oversee timely employee performance appraisals
- comply with all health, safety and labor regulations
- assist in creating dynamic menus for all outlets
- investigate and resolve member complaints regarding food quality and service
- assume additional reasonable tasks as assigned by supervisors or management
