Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 2 years food and beverage supervisory or management experience preferred
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- knowledge of food and beverage operations
- customer service experience
- ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 2+ years as food and beverage supervisor or manager preferred
- refined verbal and written communication skills
- wine and beverage knowledge in an upscale environment preferred
- strong organizational skills
- ability to work flexible schedules including mornings, weekends, and holidays
- team player with dynamic leadership capabilities
- previous customer service experience preferred
- true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Oversee food and beverage operations within the hotel
- schedule and forecast department needs
- train, coach, and mentor food and beverage staff
- ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and hotel operating procedures
- resolve guest and customer complaints to maintain high satisfaction
- respond to online guest feedback
- coordinate special events at the hotel
- collaborate with guest services team on daily amenity program delivery
- work with Operations Team to maintain high standards for Food and Beverage offerings
- implement new initiatives to drive revenue and guest satisfaction
