Job Requirements
- Must have 2-3 years of prior supervisory or management experience
- Prior hotel food and beverage experience preferred
- Effective communication skills with customers and team members
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Skilled in associate relations and conflict resolution
- Experience in cash handling
- Knowledge of scheduling, payroll, and labor management
- Familiarity with MICROS POS system
- TIPS or CARE certification required
- Ability to obtain Hepatitis A vaccination within 10 days of hire
- Must be available to work both AM and PM shifts
Job Qualifications
