As an Assistant Food and Beverage Manager at Hyatt Regency Seattle, you will step into an entry-level management role pivotal to the smooth operation and success of the food and beverage department. You will assist in managing the day-to-day activities of the hotel's diverse Food and Beverage Outlets, working closely with key leadership including the Director and Assistant Director of Operations. Responsibilities include short- and long-term planning for the outlets, recruiting, training, and developing staff, and leading by example to maintain a positive, energetic professional atmosphere. Job Duties
- Supporting and managing food and beverage outlets while working closely with the F&B leaders

- Maintain a high energy, positive, professional appearance
- Plan, coordinate and manage special events and holiday functions
- Ability to take the initiative to run the outlets as a free standing entity
