As an Assistant Food and Beverage Manager at Hyatt Regency Seattle, you will step into an entry-level management role pivotal to the smooth operation and success of the food and beverage department. You will assist in managing the day-to-day activities of the hotel's diverse Food and Beverage Outlets, working closely with key leadership including the Director and Assistant Director of Operations. Responsibilities include short- and long-term planning for the outlets, recruiting, training, and developing staff, and leading by example to maintain a positive, energetic professional atmosphere. In addition, you will manage special events and holiday functions, ensuring that all operations run effectively even as a free-standing entity when necessary. This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $80,169 to $86,600, with individual compensation based on experience, education, and qualifications.
