Job Description

The Assistant Food and Beverage Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of restaurants Cabinet and Cure Bar & Bistro, as well as the Grand Club, ensuring quality service and compliance. Responsibilities include scheduling, forecasting, training, and event coordination. Strong communication, analytical skills, and food and beverage cost control experience are desired.

Job Requirements

  • Must be proficient in general computer knowledge, including a working knowledge of POS systems
  • Wine/beverage knowledge in an upscale environment preferred
  • Minimum of 2+ years of Food & Beverage Management experience preferred
  • Strong organizational skills, effective communicator, schedule flexibility, team player, and motivational leader
