The Assistant Food & Beverage Manager at Magnolia Hotel plays a vital role in supporting the daily operations across all food and beverage outlets. The Assistant Manager works closely with restaurant, bar, room service, and event functions, helping to maintain quality control and drive operational efficiency.

In this role, the Assistant Food & Beverage Manager assists in supervising and motivating the food and beverage staff, managing scheduling and payroll, and supporting performance management initiatives. They help uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, ambiance, and overall guest satisfaction across all F&B outlets. A key focus is on fostering a positive, guest-focused culture that enhances repeat business and builds strong relationships with VIP guests.

Financial performance is another important area of responsibility, with the Assistant Manager supporting cost control measures related to labor, food, and beverage expenses. They are involved in inventory management, vendor coordination, and contribute to achieving the hotel's revenue and profitability targets. Job Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in food and beverage operations, preferably in a hotel or upscale dining environment
  • Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of restaurant and bar operations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs as needed

Job Duties

  • Supervise, train, and motivate food and beverage team members
  • Assist with scheduling, payroll, and performance management
