Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
  • 3-5 years of experience in restaurant management
  • experience with POS systems and restaurant management software preferred
  • ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • strong problem-solving skills
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily restaurant and banquet operations
  • ensure excellent guest service and high-quality food and beverage offerings
  • manage restaurant and banquet staff including training and scheduling
  • maintain inventory of food, beverage, and supplies
  • enforce compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and liquor regulations
  • coordinate with kitchen, bar, and front of house teams to ensure smooth workflow
  • develop and implement special promotions, seasonal offerings, and themed events
