Job Requirements
- High school diploma
- Minimum six months of parking experience preferred
- Valid state-issued driver's license with current address
- Acceptable driving record
- Availability to work various shifts including potential 2nd, 3rd shifts, and weekends
- Ability to stand, walk, use hands frequently, occasionally sit, climb or balance
- Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds
- Effective oral communication skills
- Clear and informative writing ability
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to adapt to change and unexpected circumstances
- Exhibits sound judgment

Job Duties
- Assist in the day-to-day management of the assigned parking location
- Participate in programs to improve client and customer satisfaction
- Engage in development of property-level financial and operational goals
- Supervise frontline staff including cashiers and valet attendants
- Ensure completion of evening closing reports and process bank deposits
- Hire and train frontline staff
- Prepare month-end financial reports
- Audit daily cashier shift reports
- Monitor and check employee time cards
- Review damage claims
- Disburse petty cash and assist with annual budget preparation
- Courteously assist customers by answering questions
- Maintain and repair parking equipment as directed
- Report accidents, policy violations, safety hazards, and unusual occurrences
- Assist with cleanup of debris, water, and oil spills
- Acquire thorough knowledge of the garage layout and local landmarks
- Support Facility Manager with additional duties as assigned
