Job Requirements

  • High school graduate
  • Minimum six months parking experience preferred
  • Availability to work varied shifts including possible 2nd, 3rd shift and weekends
  • Must possess valid state-issued driver’s license with current address and acceptable driving record
  • Strong oral communication skills
  • Ability to write and interpret written information
  • Positive customer service attitude
  • Adaptability to work environment changes
  • Demonstrate sound judgment
  • Physical capability to meet job demands including standing, walking, handling cash and equipment, and occasional lifting

Job Qualifications

  • Physical ability to stand, walk, handle cash and equipment, and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds

Job Duties

  • Assist in the day-to-day management of assigned location
  • Participate in programs to improve client and customer satisfaction
  • Engage in development of property level financial and operational goals
  • Manage daily activities including supervising frontline staff, scheduling, processing bank deposits, and auditing reports
  • Assist customers by answering questions courteously
  • Help maintain and repair parking equipment and perform general maintenance tasks
  • Report accidents, violations, safety hazards, or unusual occurrences to Facility Manager
  • Assist with cleanup duties and maintain knowledge of garage areas and local landmarks
  • Support Facility Manager with additional duties as needed
