Job Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of progressive hotel Rooms Management experience
  • service-oriented style with professional presentation skills
  • hotel/hospitality degree is an asset

  • demonstrated ability to interact with diverse socioeconomic, cultural, disability, and ethnic backgrounds
  • proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • excellent organizational, interpersonal, and administrative skills

Job Duties

  • Assist in overseeing the entire housekeeping team including public areas, night cleaning, and laundry operations
  • Ensure compliance with safety and security policies
  • Train and develop housekeeping staff
  • Manage scheduling for housekeeping employees
  • Handle special requests including turndown service and VIP guest needs
  • Promote customer and associate satisfaction
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
