Job Requirements
- Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of four years' experience in housekeeping
- At least two years' supervisory experience preferred
- Prior experience in hotel or hospitality industry
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong leadership ability
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer service oriented
- Able to maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety

Job Duties
- Provide direct supervision of housekeeping team members

- Train housekeeping staff
- Schedule housekeeping staff shifts
- Maintain high employee and guest satisfaction
- Oversee compliance with safety and hygiene standards
