Job Requirements

Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of four years' experience in housekeeping
At least two years' supervisory experience preferred
Prior experience in hotel or hospitality industry
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Strong leadership ability
Excellent communication skills
Customer service oriented
Able to maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety

Job Qualifications

Minimum of four years' housekeeping experience
At least two years of supervisory experience preferred
Prior hotel or hospitality experience required
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Excellent attention to detail
Good interpersonal and communication skills

Job Duties

Provide direct supervision of housekeeping team members
Manage housekeeping and laundry department operations
Ensure cleanliness of all areas of the property
Train housekeeping staff
Schedule housekeeping staff shifts
Maintain high employee and guest satisfaction
Oversee compliance with safety and hygiene standards
