Job Qualifications
- minimum of five (5) years of distinguished culinary management experience in a premier fine dining or luxury hospitality establishment
- current or ability to obtain and maintain all required certifications and credentials, including Food Manager Certification and any applicable work authorizations
- demonstrated experience and refined understanding of union-governed culinary environments is highly valued
- proficiency in computer systems and advanced competency with Microsoft Office applications (Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
