Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years of banquet or event leadership experience
- Ability to work flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift moderate weights
- Proficiency in computer usage
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in high-volume and outdoor venues

Job Qualifications
- 1-3 years of banquet, event services, or hospitality leadership experience
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
- Proficiency in basic computer skills
- Comfortable in fast-paced, high-volume environments
- Experience working with diverse teams
- A genuine desire to satisfy guest needs
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Oversee event setups, service flow, and breakdowns according to BEO specifications
- Ensure event spaces are prepared accurately and on time
- Monitor event progress and resolve issues promptly
- Coordinate with culinary, AV, and other departments to maintain operations
- Supervise banquet servers, housemen, bartenders, and support staff
- Assist with training, coaching, scheduling, and performance feedback
- Lead pre-shift meetings to communicate event details and safety reminders
- Serve as on-site contact for meeting planners, wedding coordinators, and event hosts
- Respond promptly to client requests and make real-time adjustments
- Assist with inventory control, equipment management, and linen usage
- Support labor cost management, payroll, and scheduling
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
