Job Requirements

Must be available for full event day on September 21, 2025
Ability to commute or relocate to Seattle, WA 98109 preferred
Reliable and friendly demeanor
Strong organizational skills
Ability to maintain calm and positive environment
Previous experience in events, education, or youth programs preferred
Flexibility for optional paid training sessions

Job Duties

Assist with check-in and registration of participants
Help manage lineup and flow of models backstage
Support audience coordination and seating
Communicate with stylists, photographers, and parents
Maintain a positive, calm environment for children aged 3 to 18
Help with light setup, transitions, and wrap-up tasks

Mid Level (3-7 years)
