The Front Office Assistant Manager role at The Westin Copley Place Boston is a dynamic management position pivotal to the efficient operation of the front office and guest services departments. This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $65,000 to $86,000 annually with eligibility for bonuses, reflecting the important responsibilities entrusted to this role. The Assistant Manager will support the Front Office Manager in overseeing daily functions of key front office areas including Bell and Door Staff, Switchboard, and Guest Services/Front Desk.
