Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- two years of experience in guest services, front desk, or related area
- OR two-year degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- leadership and supervisory experience
- proficiency in hospitality management procedures
- ability to handle guest relations positively
Job Duties
- Assist the Front Office Manager in administering front office functions
- supervise front office staff including Bell, Door Staff, Switchboard, and Guest Services
- ensure efficient check-in and check-out processes
- foster guest and employee satisfaction
- manage day-to-day operations of front desk team
- handle guest complaints and resolve conflicts
- collaborate on service improvements and department goals
