Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • two years of experience in guest services, front desk, or related area
  • OR two-year degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • leadership and supervisory experience
  • proficiency in hospitality management procedures
  • ability to handle guest relations positively

Job Duties

  • Assist the Front Office Manager in administering front office functions
  • supervise front office staff including Bell, Door Staff, Switchboard, and Guest Services
  • ensure efficient check-in and check-out processes
  • foster guest and employee satisfaction
  • manage day-to-day operations of front desk team
  • handle guest complaints and resolve conflicts
  • collaborate on service improvements and department goals
