The role of Food & Beverage Assistant Director at Hilton offers a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of the hotel’s food and beverage operations. Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in food and beverage management
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills
  • Proficiency in financial management including budgeting and forecasting
  • Knowledge of health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol compliance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or related field preferred
  • Proven experience in food and beverage leadership roles within the hospitality industry
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and reporting

Job Duties

  • Support F&B operational strategy including overseeing guest service, product quality, inventory control, outlet reservations, systems management, and financial performance such as budgeting and forecasting
  • Drive guest satisfaction strategy by developing and implementing continuous improvement initiatives based on feedback and trend analysis
  • Collaborate with the F&B Director and Culinary team to develop creative menus and food and beverage marketing strategies that contribute to revenue growth
  • Cultivate a high-performing team through engagement, performance management, professional development, and recognition programs
  • Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol regulations to ensure guest and team member wellbeing
