Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Two to three years of relevant fine dining experience preferred
  • Valid Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit where applicable
  • Strong communication skills
  • Previous supervisory or management experience
  • Ability to meet jurisdictional age requirements
  • Competency in basic math
  • Strong reasoning and language skills
  • Ability to maintain a safe work environment

Job Qualifications

  • Read, write and speak English
  • Two to three years of fine dining experience preferred
  • Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit where applicable
  • Ability to communicate effectively with the public and employees
  • Previous supervisory or management experience
  • Meets minimum age requirement of jurisdiction
  • 8th grade math level
  • High school reasoning level
  • 12th grade language use level
  • No threat to health or safety of self or others

Job Duties

  • Ensure efficient and profitable operation of the restaurant
  • Coordinate activities for Room Service, Banquets, and Bar outlets
  • Maintain high standards of food, service, health and safety compliance
  • Implement strategic planning for business growth
  • Organize and manage staff shifts and schedules
  • Lead and motivate a team to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Monitor restaurant performance and address operational issues promptly
