Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two to three years of relevant fine dining experience preferred
- Valid Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit where applicable
- Strong communication skills
- Previous supervisory or management experience
- Ability to meet jurisdictional age requirements
- Competency in basic math
- Strong reasoning and language skills
- Ability to maintain a safe work environment
Job Qualifications
- Read, write and speak English
- Two to three years of fine dining experience preferred
- Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit where applicable
- Ability to communicate effectively with the public and employees
- Previous supervisory or management experience
- Meets minimum age requirement of jurisdiction
- 8th grade math level
- High school reasoning level
- 12th grade language use level
- No threat to health or safety of self or others
Job Duties
- Ensure efficient and profitable operation of the restaurant
- Coordinate activities for Room Service, Banquets, and Bar outlets
- Maintain high standards of food, service, health and safety compliance
- Implement strategic planning for business growth
- Organize and manage staff shifts and schedules
- Lead and motivate a team to deliver exceptional customer service
- Monitor restaurant performance and address operational issues promptly
