Job Requirements
- Minimum age requirement of jurisdiction
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two to three years of relevant fine dining experience
- Valid Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit where applicable
- Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities
- Proficient in English communication
- Ability to adhere to health and safety standards
- Pass pre-employment drug test and background check
- Authorization to work in the jurisdiction without restrictions
Job Qualifications
- Read, write and speak English
- Prefer two to three years of fine dining experience
- Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit where applicable
- Effective communication skills with public and employees
- Previous supervisory/management skills and experience
- 8th grade math level
- High school reasoning level
- 12th grade language use level
- No direct threat to health/safety of self or others
Job Duties
- Ensure efficient and profitable restaurant operation
- Coordinate activities for Room Service, Banquets, and Bar outlets
- Maintain high standards of food, service, health, and safety
- Manage business performance of the restaurant
- Plan strategically and organize shifts
- Lead and supervise the F&B team
- Implement HR components related to team management
