Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in financial management or hospitality finance
- Experience managing accounts receivable, credit, and audit functions
- Strong proficiency with financial reporting software and Excel
- Excellent analytical skills and detail-oriented
- Ability to lead and develop a finance team
- Knowledge of federal and state tax regulations
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Job Duties
- Manage the finance department including special projects and team development
- Oversee accounts receivable, credit, and night audit functions
- Prepare budgets and maintain spending controls
- Prepare annual depreciation schedules
- Review and approve ledger account reconciliations
- Coordinate and review monthly financial statements for accuracy
- Assist in daily internal audits and capital budget monitoring
- Prepare financial reports and ensure compliance with billing and credit standards
- Review and approve tax returns for compliance
- Monitor and prepare daily payroll accounts and issue paychecks
