Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
Minimum 3 years of event management experience at a full-service property
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Excellent leadership and team management abilities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Qualifications

3+ years experience as an event manager at a full-service property (400+ rooms, 25,000+ sq. ft. meeting space)
Marriott CI/TY experience preferred
Previous experience in the Orlando market a plus
Strong organizational, financial, communication, and leadership skills
