Job Requirements
- High school degree or equivalent (GED)
- experience in food service and supervising dining room staff
- ability to speak, read and write English with good comprehension
- basic math skills required
- basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
- considerable knowledge of principles and practices of restaurant service, health, sanitation and safety requirements
- flexible as to work schedule including weekends, holidays and emergency situations
- strong leadership skills
- ability to work under pressure and multitask
- responsible, punctual, resourceful, accurate, and detail-oriented
- excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- empathetic listening
- self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently and in a team
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Scheduling and supervising dining room waiters and waitresses
- assist with orientation and training of new waiters and waitresses
- maintain standards for safety, sanitation, storage of food supplies and banquet supplies
- interact courteously and tactfully with managers, co-workers, customers, vendors, residents and resident family members
- ability to promote and execute our culture of "Yes"
