Job Description

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
  • Minimum of 1 year of food service experience in a healthcare setting preferred
  • Ability to work on-site at Froedtert Hospital in Milwaukee, WI
  • Availability for part-time schedule (0.5 FTE) on Shift 1
  • Willingness to adhere to hospital policies and food safety standards
  • Ability to perform duties in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
  • Minimum of 1 year of previous food service experience in a healthcare setting preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Ability to follow standardized recipes and procedures
  • Strong attention to detail and quality control
  • Good communication and teamwork skills

Job Duties

  • Assist in performing all duties related to retail food and beverage items for visitors, hospital staff and patients
  • Follow standardized recipes and production sheets
  • Assure that food served is in accordance to established standards and procedures
  • Maintain quality standards in presentation and portion control
  • Support compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations
  • Perform other duties as assigned
