Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
  • Minimum of 1 year of food service experience in healthcare preferred
  • Ability to work on-site
  • Availability to work from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm including rotating weekends and holidays
  • Ability to follow established food safety and quality standards
  • Commitment to maintaining a drug-free workplace

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
  • Minimum of 1 year of food service experience preferably in a healthcare setting
  • Ability to follow standardized recipes and production procedures
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work rotating weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Assist in performing all duties related to retail food and beverage items for visitors, hospital staff and patients
  • Follow standardized recipes and production sheets
  • Ensure food served meets quality standards in presentation and portion control
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in food preparation areas
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Stock and replenish food and beverage items
  • Perform other duties as assigned
