Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
- Minimum of 1 year of food service experience in healthcare preferred
- Ability to work on-site
- Availability to work from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm including rotating weekends and holidays
- Ability to follow established food safety and quality standards
- Commitment to maintaining a drug-free workplace
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
- Minimum of 1 year of food service experience preferably in a healthcare setting
- Ability to follow standardized recipes and production procedures
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work rotating weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Assist in performing all duties related to retail food and beverage items for visitors, hospital staff and patients
- Follow standardized recipes and production sheets
- Ensure food served meets quality standards in presentation and portion control
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in food preparation areas
- Provide excellent customer service
- Stock and replenish food and beverage items
- Perform other duties as assigned
