- Maintain comprehensive production logs and procure necessary provisions and culinary devices as necessary
- Implement and sustain high standards of food safety and sanitation in line with HACCP regulations, encompassing the upkeep of a tidy and sterile working area
- Use different kitchen machinery and instruments including slicers, mixers, grills, fryers, and ovens
- Precisely quantify, combine, cleanse, pare, slice, and tear materials when getting ready to cook
- Keep track of stock quantities, organize items based on their expiration dates, and frequently change the position of food inventory to maintain its quality and freshness
