This position is for an Assistant Concessions Manager role at TD Garden in Boston, a full-time employment opportunity with a competitive salary range of $47,500 to $64,100 annually. In addition to base salary, employees are eligible for an annual bonus based on company and individual performance or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan.

The Assistant Concessions Manager plays a key role in supporting the concessions operations under the leadership team’s direction. This position involves overseeing day-to-day activities within the concessions area, primarily focusing on maintaining high standards for guest service, operational efficiency, and team performance. The individual in this role will collaborate closely with supervisors and other team members to ensure concessions run smoothly during high-traffic events while adhering to company policies and regulatory guidelines.
