Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year managerial or supervisory experience in food service
- Knowledge of food safety and beverage service standards
- Ability to obtain necessary certifications such as ServSafe and TIPS
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and point-of-sale systems
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of managerial or supervisory experience in the food service industry
- Knowledge of food and beverage service standards, health regulations, and safety procedures
- Ability to obtain ServSafe, Food Safety Handler, and Training for Intervention Procedures certifications
- Proficient computer skills including Word, Outlook, Excel, and point-of-sale systems
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Manage day-to-day operations of all concessions locations under the guidance of the Concessions Manager
- Assist with coordinating team members and non-profit organization groups to ensure effective collaboration and operational efficiency
- Contribute to hiring and training new team members on company objectives, policies, and procedures to drive team performance and deliver exceptional guest service
- Ensure strict adherence to federal, state, and local regulations governing alcohol, food service, sanitation, payroll, financial protocols, and employment practices
- Oversee financial reporting, reconcile discrepancies, and support inventory management
- Monitor concession stands during events to maintain quality and customer satisfaction
- Facilitate communication between team members and management to resolve operational issues promptly
