Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, paid vacation and holidays, parental leave, tuition and professional certification reimbursement, and generous discounts at affiliated hotels and resorts.

In this pivotal role, you will ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations related to alcohol service, food safety, health standards, payroll, and employment practices. Your financial acumen will be essential as you oversee financial reporting, reconcile discrepancies, and support inventory management. You will have the opportunity to contribute to a positive work environment that values teamwork and guest satisfaction, playing a key part in upholding Delaware North's reputation for hospitality excellence.

The Assistant Concessions Manager position requires flexibility in scheduling, including availability for days, evenings, weekends, holidays, and special event shifts that last between 8 and 12 hours. The successful candidate will bring at least one year of supervisory or managerial experience in the food service industry, preferably with concessions experience, along with strong communication, organizational, and computer skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and point-of-sale systems, as well as certifications such as ServSafe and Training for Intervention Procedures, are highly valued.

Joining Delaware North means becoming part of a company that values diversity, equity, and inclusion, where all applicants and employees are treated with respect and fairness regardless of race, gender identity, age, disability, or any other protected status.
