Job Requirements

Minimum 2 years of restaurant leadership experience
Minimum 1 year in coffee shop management required
Experience leading both front of house and back of house teams in a full-service environment
Strong operational acumen with a sharp focus on food quality and safety
Comfortable using POS systems and Microsoft Office
Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple operational demands
High school diploma required
Additional education preferred
