Job Requirements
- Minimum two years of restaurant leadership experience
- Minimum one year in coffee shop management
- Experience leading both front of house and back of house teams in a full-service environment
- Strong operational acumen with a sharp focus on food quality and safety
- Comfortable using POS systems and Microsoft Office
- Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple operational demands
- High school diploma required, additional education preferred

Job Duties
- Direct daily restaurant operations across FOH and BOH
- Maintain exceptional food standards and sanitation compliance
- Control labor, inventory, and cost metrics
- Train, coach, and elevate team performance
- Ensure systems and processes run smoothly
- Support forecasting, scheduling, and financial performance
- Troubleshoot fast and lead with composure
