Job Requirements

  • Valid health card
  • Food Manager Certification or ability to obtain and maintain required licensing
  • Minimum of 3 years culinary management experience
  • Ability to communicate fluently in English
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Ability to prioritize and organize tasks
  • Must be able to exhibit accurate knife skills
  • Must be able to manage all aspects of kitchen operations

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years culinary management experience in a similar role
  • Ability to communicate, read, and write English fluently
  • Culinary degree preferred but not required
  • Accurate knife skills and kitchen operation management
  • Ability to perform high quality job standards with attention to detail and creativity
  • Ability to work well under pressure and resolve problems effectively
  • Strong prioritization and organizational skills
  • Creative and artistic approach to plate presentations
  • Ability to lead and direct staff
  • Team player willing to assist all phases of operation
  • Knowledge of union environment preferred
  • Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office

Job Duties

  • Support culinary management in cost control and inventory management
  • Manage and train kitchen staff including chef de parties and cooks
  • Supervise food production at all stations ensuring compliance with outlet standards
  • Ensure compliance with government health regulations, industrial safety standards, and corporate policies
  • Monitor and improve food quality consistency to enhance customer experience
  • Maintain consistent Wynn food quality standards
  • Lead and mentor team members through coaching and reinforcement
