The role of Assistant Chef I at Focus is a critical position within the kitchen team, tasked with supporting food preparation and back-of-house functions to meet the needs of guests efficiently while maintaining quality and safety standards. Reporting directly to the Assistant Chef II and III, the Assistant Chef I will be responsible for preparing staple dishes such as rice and chow mein, utilizing proper cooking techniques to ensure consistency and taste. This position also involves performing essential cleaning and sanitizing tasks to uphold the cleanliness and safety of the kitchen environment.
