Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in culinary arts or equivalent combination of education and experience
- minimum 2 years culinary experience
- knowledge of ServSafe or similar food safety standards
- understanding of HACCP procedures
- proficiency with kitchen equipment
- capability to train and work with students and staff
- ability to lift 50 lbs
- successful background check completion

- proficiency with all kitchen equipment
- skilled in recipe and menu creation
- experience training staff
- ability to lift 50 lbs
- completion of background check
- preferred 2-4 years culinary experience
- minimum 6 months supervisory experience
- familiarity with Jamix software
- experience in catering or fast casual or cafeteria dining
- ServeSafe certification
Job Duties
- Prepare cooked foods in support of dining operations
- manage all stations within food service operation
- ensure timely and fresh food presentation
- assist with special functions and events
- act as primary culinary manager in absence of Unit Chef
- train and work with students and regular employees
- support high-volume kitchen activities
