Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED certificate
- Minimum two years experience in recreation or social program organization
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to maintain order and discipline
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to supervise staff
- Availability to work flexible hours

Job Duties
- Organize and supervise recreational and sporting activities
- Lead and instruct participants in various programs
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate special events, league play, and tournaments
- Set up equipment and facilities for sports and special events
- Maintain order and discipline among participants
- Use tact and skill in patron interactions
- Supervise subordinate personnel
