The role available at GEO Reentry Services LLC is that of a Case Management Support Specialist at the Day Reporting Center. This position plays a crucial role in assisting Case Managers with participant coordination, documentation, and case management tasks. Operating within a structured schedule of four days from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM and one day from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, this full-time position is vital in helping participants successfully navigate their rehabilitation journey.
The Case Management Support Specialist is responsible for direct interaction with participants, including greeting them upon entry, conducting drug and breath analyses, managing intake processes, and maintaining accurate records in the company database. The specialist supports the facilitation of evidence-based programs such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and life skills training, helping participants develop and adhere to individualized treatment plans consistent with the Principles of Effective Intervention (What Works). This role also involves general office duties, communication with external agencies, and potentially transporting participants to community-related activities.
With a focus on evidence-based practices, this role requires an individual committed to fostering positive participant outcomes through organized, compassionate, and professional case support. The position offers a competitive hourly wage of $18.00 and includes a $2,000 sign-on bonus payable in quarterly installments. Job Requirements
- High school diploma required
- College coursework in Human Services or business discipline preferred
- Minimum six months experience in Human Services with direct participant services preferred
- Minimum six months experience working with minority populations preferred
- Ability to safely operate a motor vehicle if required to transport participants
- Good customer service skills
- Effective communication skills with internal and external contacts
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Solid computer skills and proficiency with MS Word and Excel
- Basic database skills
- Basic math skills
- Ability to work with computers and the necessary software typically used by the department
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Greets participants entering the facility
- May complete drug screens according to assigned random schedule for each participant check-in
- May perform breath analysis on each participant who enters the facility and provide results
- Completes initial intake process with participants including paperwork and database entry
- Provides general office administration duties including answering phones
- Assists Case Managers with case coordination and communication with agencies
- Conducts risk and need assessments and creates individual treatment plans
- Facilitates evidence-based CBT and life skills programs
- Monitors participant progress and documents attendance and participation
- May collect and post participant payments and make cash deposits
- May perform office opening and closing procedures
- May install and remove electronic monitoring equipment and forward documentation
- May transport participants to various community-related events
- Performs other duties as assigned
