Job Requirements
- High school diploma required
- College coursework in Human Services or business discipline preferred
- Minimum six months experience in Human Services with direct participant services preferred
- Minimum six months experience working with minority populations preferred
- Ability to safely operate a motor vehicle if required to transport participants
- Good customer service skills
- Effective communication skills with internal and external contacts
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Solid computer skills and proficiency with MS Word and Excel
- Basic database skills
- Basic math skills
- Ability to work with computers and the necessary software typically used by the department

Job Duties
- Greets participants entering the facility
- May complete drug screens according to assigned random schedule for each participant check-in
- May perform breath analysis on each participant who enters the facility and provide results
- Completes initial intake process with participants including paperwork and database entry
- Provides general office administration duties including answering phones
- Assists Case Managers with case coordination and communication with agencies
- Conducts risk and need assessments and creates individual treatment plans
- Facilitates evidence-based CBT and life skills programs
- Monitors participant progress and documents attendance and participation
- May collect and post participant payments and make cash deposits
- May perform office opening and closing procedures
- May install and remove electronic monitoring equipment and forward documentation
- May transport participants to various community-related events
- Performs other duties as assigned
