Job Duties
- Support the Café Manager in all aspects of daily operations
- Lead and coach team members to provide outstanding customer service
- Assist with scheduling, inventory management, and vendor coordination
- Help resolve customer concerns with professionalism and care
- Contribute to sales goals through service excellence and in-store promotions
