Known for its vibrant atmosphere, world-class amenities, and exceptional guest services, Resorts World Las Vegas offers a dynamic work environment that fosters growth and development. As a leader in the hospitality industry, the resort blends modern elegance with innovative entertainment options, ensuring memorable experiences for every guest. The company is committed to creating a supportive and inclusive workplace where every employee plays a vital role in delivering excellence and maintaining high operational standards. Team members at Resorts World Las Vegas are considered ambassadors of the brand, tasked with upholding the resort's core values around safety, security, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction. The resort emphasizes personal responsibility, teamwork, and professional conduct in all aspects of work life.

The role of Apprentice Bartender at Resorts World Las Vegas is critical to the success of the bar operations and overall guest experience. As an Apprentice Bartender, individuals will assist Bartenders by performing a variety of operational duties designed to keep the bar area clean, well-stocked, and efficiently managed. This entry-level position offers excellent opportunity for career advancement within the hospitality and beverage service industries. Apprentice Bartenders engage directly with guests, greeting and serving with enthusiasm and professionalism to foster a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere. The role includes helping with marketing efforts by promoting restaurant services and building a personal clientele, which enhances the guest relationship and repeat business prospects.

Responsibilities also include managing inventory by stocking supplies, preparing drink ingredients in accordance with company recipes, and maintaining proper presentation and sanitation standards. The position requires strong communication skills to interact with guests and team members effectively, as well as keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy in fulfilling guest orders and adherence to safety regulations. Apprentice Bartenders must remain vigilant in monitoring guest behavior to enforce safety policies, including refusal of service to intoxicated guests, and must comply fully with local and federal alcohol laws. Additionally, the position involves participation in promotional events like modeling programs and marketing campaigns, which adds a unique dimension beyond typical bartender responsibilities.

Candidates for this position should be prepared to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, in a fast-paced restaurant and bar environment. The role demands physical stamina to manage prolonged standing, lifting of supplies up to 50 pounds, and maintaining a clean and organized work area. Communication in English, a polished professional appearance, and excellent customer service abilities are essential. Prior experience in beverage service along with the capability to obtain required certifications such as Alcohol Awareness and Food Handling cards are also necessary. Resorts World Las Vegas values employees who demonstrate a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a high degree of professionalism while contributing positively to the team and guest satisfaction.
