Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age
- Proof of authorization and eligibility to work in the United States
- Ability to obtain and maintain SNHD food handler's card
- Ability to obtain and maintain Alcohol Awareness (TAM) card
- Ability to obtain and maintain gaming and non-gaming registration cards
- Must be able to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift or carry 50 pounds unassisted
- Capacity to access all areas of the property
- Ability to maintain composure under pressure
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One year experience as a bartender or barback
- Knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits including specialty drinks
- Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations
- Excellent customer service skills with a professional demeanor
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and attention to detail
- Good communication skills in English, both spoken and written
Job Duties
- Support the bartender in mixing and serving drinks as needed
- Provide unmatched service to guests at all times
- Maintain stocks and supplies of the bar
- Ensure the outlet and equipment are clean
- Perform monthly liquor inventory
- Maintain knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits including terminology and garnishments
- Adhere to cleaning protocols and safety standards according to OSHA and resort policies
- Comply with Clark County Health Codes in beverage preparation areas
