Job Requirements

Must be 21 years of age
Proof of authorization and eligibility to work in the United States
Ability to obtain and maintain SNHD food handler's card
Ability to obtain and maintain Alcohol Awareness (TAM) card
Ability to obtain and maintain gaming and non-gaming registration cards
Must be able to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
Ability to lift or carry 50 pounds unassisted
Capacity to access all areas of the property
Ability to maintain composure under pressure

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
One year experience as a bartender or barback
Knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits including specialty drinks
Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations
Excellent customer service skills with a professional demeanor
Ability to manage multiple tasks and attention to detail
Good communication skills in English, both spoken and written

Job Duties

Support the bartender in mixing and serving drinks as needed
Provide unmatched service to guests at all times
Maintain stocks and supplies of the bar
Ensure the outlet and equipment are clean
Perform monthly liquor inventory
Maintain knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits including terminology and garnishments
Adhere to cleaning protocols and safety standards according to OSHA and resort policies
Comply with Clark County Health Codes in beverage preparation areas
