Job Requirements
- Must be 21 or older
- Hold a valid TABC license or ability to obtain one
- High school diploma or GED minimum
- Prior experience working in a bar or restaurant
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Flexible schedule availability
- Ability to lift 25-50 lbs
- Excellent communication skills

- Familiarity with POS systems
- Knowledge of liquor laws

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED, Associate's degree or higher in hotel and restaurant management a plus
- Must be 21+ and hold a valid TABC license or the ability to obtain one

- Physical ability to lift 25-50 lbs for restocking and receiving shipments
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages including cocktails, beer, wine, adhering to recipes and presentation standards
- Lead by example
- Assist General Manager in all bar orders with distributors and suppliers
- Assist General Manager in completing monthly inventory and receiving shipments
- Engage with guests to provide personalized recommendations and create a welcoming, inclusive environment
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Step out from behind the bar to attend to customers shopping around the store
- Process payments accurately using POS systems and handle cash transactions
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service during busy shifts
- Uphold all liquor laws and regulations including checking IDs and monitoring responsible alcohol service
