Job Requirements

  • Must be 21 or older
  • Hold a valid TABC license or ability to obtain one
  • High school diploma or GED minimum
  • Prior experience working in a bar or restaurant
  • Supervisory experience preferred
  • Flexible schedule availability
  • Ability to lift 25-50 lbs
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong leadership capability
  • Familiarity with POS systems
  • Knowledge of liquor laws

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED, Associate's degree or higher in hotel and restaurant management a plus
  • Must be 21+ and hold a valid TABC license or the ability to obtain one

  • Physical ability to lift 25-50 lbs for restocking and receiving shipments

Job Duties

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages including cocktails, beer, wine, adhering to recipes and presentation standards
  • Lead by example
  • Assist General Manager in all bar orders with distributors and suppliers
  • Assist General Manager in completing monthly inventory and receiving shipments
  • Engage with guests to provide personalized recommendations and create a welcoming, inclusive environment
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Step out from behind the bar to attend to customers shopping around the store
  • Process payments accurately using POS systems and handle cash transactions
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service during busy shifts
  • Uphold all liquor laws and regulations including checking IDs and monitoring responsible alcohol service
