Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years banquet leadership experience
- high school diploma
- strong mathematical skills
- proficiency in Excel
- ability to communicate clearly in English
- ability to stand, walk, and tour for extended periods
- pleasant, courteous demeanor
- ability to work in office and active food and beverage environments
- flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years banquet leadership experience

- preferred 4-year degree in hospitality
- strong mathematical skills
- familiarity with food and beverage financial systems
- proficient in Excel
- ability to communicate clearly in English
- bilingual preferred
- pleasant and courteous demeanor
- ability to work in both office and active food and beverage environments
- flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Ensure high-quality food, beverage, and service standards in all banquet areas
- assist with managing and coordinating staff activities
- oversee training and departmental responsibilities
- collaborate with food production to meet banquet service needs
- communicate effectively across departments to fulfill guest expectations and maintain strong guest relations
- assist with management of labor, costs, and expenses within budget and forecast guidelines
- maintain accurate records, inventories, and banquet function checks
- assist Banquet Director with leading departmental meetings and attend hotel-related meetings
- uphold housekeeping, maintenance, and sanitation standards
- enforce hotel policies, union contract guidelines, and compliance with regulations
- hire, train, and assess staff performance
- perform special projects as requested
