Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Minimum of 1-year banquet supervisory experience
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and walk moderate distances
- Ability to lift, pull, and push a moderate weight about 50 pounds
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Proficient in basic computer skills
- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Manage banquet event room set-ups
- Supervise banquet service and staff
- Maintain banquet equipment
- Ensure all event requirements are met with high attention to detail
- Coordinate with other departments for smooth event execution
- Assist in training and coaching banquet team members
- Resolve any guest or event issues promptly
