Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ServSafe certification
- Minimum 3 years banquet management experience
- Proficient in POS systems
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to manage staffing and schedules
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Detail oriented and dependable
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn new tasks and technologies
Job Qualifications
- Certificate(s) or license(s) such as ServSafe
- Minimum of 3 years of prior banquet management experience
- Familiarity with POS systems
- Knowledge of front and back of house operations

Job Duties
- Manage day-to-day operations of banquets and catering in accordance with established policies and procedures
- Coordinate maintenance and development methods for high quality food preparation
- Assist in maintaining and developing procedures for food service
- Present menu items for maximum customer satisfaction
- Assist in managing staffing levels and shift assignments
- Assist in hiring and training banquet staff
- Develop and hold the team accountable to standards
- Ensure operational basics, standards, SOPs, and SIPs are adhered to in both front and back of house
- Provide direction and guidance to employees
- Enforce safety and sanitation procedures
- Exercise good judgment and serve as a role model within the restaurant
- Learn new tasks, systems, and technologies as required
- Perform all other duties as assigned
