Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years of age
- afternoon and evening availability including weekends
- ability to stand and lift heavy supplies up to 50 lbs
- willingness to work flexible and overnight shifts during holidays
- commitment to food safety and sanitation compliance
- strong attention to detail
- team player mindset
Job Qualifications
- experience in large-scale baking or pastry preferred but not required
- attentiveness to compliance with local, state, and federal food handler and sanitation regulations
- formal baking or pastry education is a bonus
- ability to work flexible afternoon and evening hours
- physical ability to lift heavy supplies and stand for extended periods
Job Duties
- follow recipes closely to create unique breads
- lift heavy dough, flour, and supplies weighing 50 lbs plus
- stand and mix dough for extended periods
- maintain flexibility and adaptability during schedule and production changes
- adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
- contribute to a dynamic team environment
- work afternoon and evening shifts including Sundays and occasional overnight holiday shifts
