Job Duties
- prepare and bake cakes according to recipes and company standards
- ensure consistency and quality in all baked products
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the baking area
- follow food safety and hygiene guidelines
- assist in inventory management and stock replenishment
- participate in team meetings and training sessions
- provide excellent support to the bakery team to meet daily production goals
