Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous baking or culinary experience preferred
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
Ability to stand for extended periods

Job Duties

Prepare and bake signature cakes according to established recipes and quality standards

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery workstations and equipment
Assist in inventory management and proper storage of baking ingredients
Collaborate with the team to meet daily production goals and bakery needs
Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures
Participate in training and development programs to enhance baking and operational skills
