The role of Assistant Baker at Nothing Bundt Cakes is pivotal to maintaining the exceptional quality of these beloved cakes. As an Assistant Baker, you partner directly with the Baker to meet and exceed production demands by following proprietary recipes, precise production methods, and rigorous food safety standards. This position is hourly, with compensation ranging from $15.05 to $17.00 per hour, and features a quarterly incentive bonus to reward quality and productivity. Most working hours fall between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m., but flexibility is required, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays according to business needs. The Assistant Baker is responsible not only for baking duties but also for maintaining a sanitary and well-prepped workstation, observing health and safety guidelines, and contributing to the smooth flow of daily production.
