The manager oversees the coaching of crew members throughout their shifts, ensuring operational brand standards are met and a great, friendly guest experience is consistently delivered. Key responsibilities include supporting a respectful team environment, communicating shift priorities and goals, assisting with training, and offering continuous coaching.

Operational excellence is at the heart of this role, with an emphasis on maintaining a guest-first culture, resolving guest issues effectively, and adhering strictly to brand standards regarding recipes, systems, safety, food handling, and sanitation. Compliance with local and state laws is mandatory to maintain a safe, secure, and healthy workplace.

Profitability management is equally important, as managers drive sales goals and implement marketing initiatives to grow the business. Managing cash overages or shortages during shifts, ensuring product preparation meets brand standards, and executing restaurant standards are vital functions.

Candidates with prior experience in restaurant, retail, or supervisory roles will find this position rewarding. Essential skills include fluency in English, math and writing proficiency, and basic computer knowledge. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, and candidates must be at least 18 years old where applicable.
