Job Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them as needed at store entrances
- Verify purchases to prevent loss and ensure all items leaving the store are paid for
- Assist customers with returned items and resolve any entrance-related inquiries
- Keep store entrances safe and secure by monitoring for any suspicious activity or policy violations
- Collaborate with other team members to maintain a loss prevention focus throughout the store
- Provide excellent customer service to enhance the shopping experience
- Report any security concerns or incidents to management promptly
