This leadership opportunity as an Assembly Supervisor at Carrier provides a significant pathway for professional growth within a globally recognized company. The Assembly Supervisor will take charge of managing and leading a production floor team of 60 to 80 members during the second shift, from 5:00 pm to 3:30 am Eastern Standard Time. The role requires a dynamic leader who inspires and develops their team to meet operational and quality targets while ensuring safety and efficiency are never compromised. This position offers exposure to continuous improvement processes and hands-on experience with implementing product and engineering changes. The Assembly Supervisor will be responsible for fostering a positive work environment, supporting union collaboration, and upholding strict environmental and safety standards.

Ideal candidates are adaptable leaders with 2 to 5 years of experience in manufacturing or other related sectors, equipped with strong coaching skills and a commitment to achieving measurable results. The annual salary range for this role is competitive, between $64,500 and $129,500, with additional eligibility for short-term cash incentives.
