The Assembler role at Litania Sports Group is an hourly position offering a competitive wage ranging from $16 to $20 per hour, with eligibility for bonuses up to 20% on a bi-weekly and quarterly basis. This role involves assembling and packing various sports equipment, including but not limited to hurdles, pole vault poles, javelins, discus, basketball goals, football uprights, volleyball standards, and bleachers. The position is designed for individuals who are detail-oriented and capable of working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while adhering strictly to safety procedures. Full-time employment is offered, with a schedule of Monday through Friday on-site, providing employees with a stable work routine.

In this capacity, the assembler will collaborate closely with the product research and development, as well as the engineering teams, to prepare and finalize equipment before its release to customers. The work includes operating machinery such as punch presses and involves physical activity like lifting and carrying weights between 20 and 70 pounds. The role requires the ability to manipulate various materials, including metal, fiberglass, and plastics, and includes inspecting work pieces to ensure they meet strict quality standards.
